  • Reform & Sculpt

    Reform and Sculpt is a dynamic 50 minutes Pilates workout that offers a fusion of athleticism and the reformer's power. This class is designed for intermediates who want to take their stamina to the next level and experiment with various athletic tools. Expect to sweat as you strengthen, elongate, and tone your muscles, carving a powerful physique.

  • Reform & Jump

    This dynamic class fuses jumpboard cardio circuits with athletic reformer exercises for a high-energy, full-body workout. It uniquely combines Pilates jumpboard's plyometrics with strength training, offering a fun, effective way to elevate heart rate, burn calories, and prevent muscle fatigue. The jumpboard component boosts coordination, muscle strength, and calorie burn with low-impact cardio, making it ideal for athletes looking to improve speed, agility, and power without stressing the joints.

  • Reform & Stretch

    Reform & Stretch is a dynamic workout that combines elements of Pilates reformer exercises with stretching techniques. The goal of this class is to improve flexibility, strengthen muscles, and improve overall body alignment through a series of controlled movements on a reformer machine followed by targeted stretching to increase muscle length and relieve tension.

  • Yoga Flow

    This yoga class offers a unique blend of Vinyasa and power yoga techniques, designed to build strength, enhance flexibility, and improve balance. Throughout the session, participants engage in a series of flowing poses and powerful stretches that challenge the body and calm the mind. As the class concludes, a few minutes are dedicated to crystal sound bowl meditation, providing a moment of deep relaxation and mental clarity to round out the practice.

  • Reformer Mat Fusion

    Reformer Mat Fusion is a hybrid workout format that combines exercises on a classic Pilates reformer with mat-based exercises, and may also include elements from other disciplines such as strength training, stretching, or cardio. This format offers a variety of movements and allows the body to be worked using both equipment and the body's own resources, improving strength, flexibility, and endurance.

    Functional training with "Heap and Burn" technique, designed to maximize strength, flexibility, and endurance. Expect to engage in varied, practical exercises that not only improve muscular strength and cardiovascular health but also promote fat burning and muscle definition.
